Whit joined AScribe in its first year (1998) and manages development and operations of AScribe's technology and business systems.

He also concentrates on AScribe's business development in licensing and syndication of members' news to specialty web sites, web portals, corporate intranets and digital databases.

He has managed small and large IT departments since 1978 at Beckman Instruments, Alexander and Alexander, GTE, The Monitor Company, and for the Cutaneous Biology Research Center of Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital.

And yes, he still prefers Macs.
